Dr. Abdullah Aldaihi has opened  his talk with the precious verse "Did you think that We has created you for a playful purpose and that you were not be return to us ?” and the Hadith (PBUH): "All are responsible  and you are so for his family," Then  he said  that liability is equal to the authority, everybody who is in the authority  is responsible for the big and small things, because it represents the top Director of the state, and we considered Imam Ali peace be upon him the first responsible after the Prophet (PBUH), and he said let us go with Amir Al Muamenin in  his guiding and advising and his administration of the state.

He promised that the talk will be on three nights for Ali (AS) the planner and the owner of the organization and his leadership’s methods to the nation during his time in succession.

And he assigned tonight to talk about the Ali’s knowledge in managerial planning of the state where he put forward future’s targets and policies relating to the nation and the selection of governors and conservers and also establish procedures, and provisions, and program, and budget, to reach the goals that he set it up.

The first talk that he dealt is the goals of Al Amir, which is divided into two parts according to Shaikh Al Daihi, a main objective which is the law of Allah’s arbitration in the earth, and for that Imam didn’t do any armed revolution against the caliphs who grab his succession in order of preserver the unity of Muslims and his saying was guided PBUH by “By Allah, I will secure all of the Muslims matters and ALI there is no injustice except Ali particularly.

“Then he stated four things that staring Islam after the Prophet’s death Allah bless him and his family, which are , the claim of prophecy, the presence of the hypocrites, external threat (the Romans and the Persians) and the risk of allegiance which we still live  it’s negatives.

And the other part of the goals are the goals that helping him to reach to the main goal of the three, the objectives of short-term, medium term and long-term.

The short-term goal summarized in the say of (Al Amir) the prince, "not that every break made by Othman, and any money given by him from the money of Allah is returned to the charity house.

The right does not invalidate anything, though, and even if he had married by women, and owned the slaves, and differ with it in countries to be returned, there is  a capacity in justice, and he who have tightness in his right ,injustice is more  narrower.

“The intermediate goals are what is called at present which is discrimination in all its forms and types, and the long-term represented in Justice, where he was with the right and the right with him, and Ali said in this matter "the servile is a weak till I take his right,, and the strong is a weak till I take the right from him.”

Shaikh Abdullah has then moved to another point in the State of Amir Al Muamenin which is his policy with non-Muslims, first those who do not fight Muslims and Imam has been applied the says of Quran "Allah does not forbid you to deal kindly and justly with those who have not fought against you about the religion or expelled you from your homes.

Allah does not love the unjust people” His policy with those who appear bad to the Islamic nation, Imam has forbade inauguration for such those for the inaugurated of the book because they hide the bad so they schemed for the nation.

And the last point that Shaikh talked in this night is the strategy with all who get out against Islam, which Imam has dealt with them in a civilized way and never start the war with them, only who tried to determine the Islamic nation such as Al talha and Al Zubair, and he dealt with his opponents in a peaceful manner and did not fights them in their livelihood or else, they have no longer extent their hands of Muslims.
